Price and payment
Your website build, setup and onboarding. Paying it books your build slot. Founding clients pay £997 instead of £1,497 with the founding code at checkout. It’s refundable in full until onboarding starts.
On launch day. You don’t pay monthly while we’re building.
We’re not VAT registered, so there’s no VAT to add. The price you see is the price you pay.
Yes. Paying annually costs £4,970 a year with no setup fee, which saves you two months plus the setup.
Yes. Your setup fee is refundable in full until onboarding starts. If you’re buying as a consumer, you also have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, unless you’ve asked us to start work sooner.
The build
Your logo, some photos of your work, the services you offer and the towns you cover. If you don’t have photos or a logo yet, tell us in the quote form and we’ll sort it out together.
Yes. We can move your existing domain to your new site. We usually rebuild rather than patch an old site, because that’s the fastest way to make it quick and secure.
Yes. We set up addresses on your own domain, such as info@yourbusiness.co.uk, as part of the build.
We aim for pages that load in about a second on mobile and pass Google’s Core Web Vitals, using fast cloud hosting, a global CDN and image optimisation. We check speed every month and report it to you.
No. Because we work online, we look after businesses anywhere in the UK. Your local area pages are written for the towns you serve, wherever they are.
Every month
Anything that takes up to about 30 minutes: new text, photos, prices, opening times, a new team member, a new offer banner. Bigger jobs, like a new section or booking system, are quoted first and often included.
Click on any part of your site in your client portal and type what you want changed, or just email us. You’ll see the status of every request and get a note when it’s done.
No, and be wary of anyone who does. Even Google says no one can guarantee a top ranking. We guarantee what we control: launch in 30 days, forms tested every month, and the work listed in your plan delivered every month.
We use automated monitoring and AI-assisted tools to check sites and draft content, and every change is reviewed by a person before it goes live.
We’re an online-only business. Email and live chat let us reply quickly, keep a written record of every request, and keep your price down. Small changes are usually done the same working day.
Ownership and leaving
You do. Your domain is registered in your name, and your content and data are yours. You can check who owns any .uk domain with the Nominet WHOIS lookup. If you leave, we hand everything over.
Your plan continues month to month, and you can cancel with 30 days’ notice. If you leave, you keep your domain, content and data. Premium plugin licences belong to us, so we’ll help you replace them or hand over a clean copy of your site.
